1. The Pilot Project to promote taxi transportation services requested using a mobile application (“Pilot Project”) is hereby authorized
(1)  to experiment and innovate in the area of taxi transportation services through authorization of a promotion on the fare for taxi travel requested using a mobile application; and
(2)  to collect information on the results obtained from the promotions offered.
